Questions before you write.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day for the first acknowledgement. A substantive response with questions or a feasibility take usually follows within two business days. If your project is urgent, call us directly we'll route it inside the hour during working hours.
What size of project do you take on?
Anything from a two week proof of concept to multi year platform builds. We're a senior team, so we tend to add the most value where the technical risk is real new platforms, complex integrations, ambitious AI work, regulated environments. If your need is simpler, we'll often recommend someone better suited.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing details?
Yes. Send us yours, or ask for ours. We can discuss your project under NDA before any commercial conversation.
Can you work with our existing team and codebase?
Often, yes either as embedded engineers inside your team, or as a delivery squad partnered with you. We've augmented in house teams across cloud, security and product engineering. Whatever the model, we work in your repos, your tools and your rituals.
Where are your engineers based?
Our studio is in Dubai. Our delivery team works across the GCC, with timezone overlap into Europe and Asia. For long engagements we can travel on site as the project demands.
How do engagements usually work, commercially?
Three common shapes: fixed scope project delivery for well defined builds, time and materials retainers for embedded or ongoing work, and managed operations contracts with monthly SLAs for platforms we run for you. We'll recommend the model that fits the risk profile of the work, not the one that maximises our invoice.
